1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver and support your subscription: the name and email address you give us when ordering, the WhatsApp or Telegram handle you contact us from, and the technical details required to activate your line (device type and the IP region your service is used in).

We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment providers, who process them on their own systems.

2. Why we use it

To create and activate your subscription, to provide support, to send service notices such as expiry reminders, and to detect abuse such as credential sharing beyond the number of devices in your plan.

3. What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

4. How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle renewals, disputes and legal obligations. Support conversations are kept while they remain useful for supporting you.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single value in your browser's local storage to remember your chosen display language. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

6. Third parties

Some page assets are served by third-party networks (Google Fonts, unpkg, Highcharts, flagcdn). Loading them exposes your IP address to those providers, as it would on any website using them.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@eurotvbox.com and we will respond within 30 days.

1. What you are buying

A time-limited subscription to a media streaming service, sold in 3, 6 or 12 month terms at the prices shown on this site. Subscriptions do not auto-renew: when a term ends, the service stops until you choose to renew.

2. Device limits

Each plan states how many devices may stream at the same time — one for the 3 month plan, two for the 6 month plan, three for the yearly plan. Exceeding that limit may cause streams to drop and repeated abuse may lead to suspension without refund.

3. What you need

A stable internet connection is required. We recommend at least 10–15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. We cannot be responsible for playback problems caused by your own connection, your ISP, or your hardware.

4. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Channel line-ups can change without notice, as the content available to us changes. A specific channel being unavailable is not by itself grounds for a refund; see the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for personal use in your own household. Reselling, redistributing, publicly broadcasting or sharing your credentials is not permitted and will result in termination without refund.

6. Your responsibility for local law

Rules on receiving streamed broadcast content differ from country to country. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this service is lawful where you live.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate a subscription that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is the subject of a chargeback.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and apply to subscriptions purchased after that date.

1. Try before you buy

We offer a free 24-hour test line to every prospective customer, precisely so you can confirm the service works on your device and connection before paying. We strongly recommend using it.

2. When we refund

If the service does not work for you and our support team cannot fix it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us first — most issues are configuration problems we can solve in minutes.

3. When we cannot refund

• After 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Where the problem is your own internet connection, hardware, or ISP restrictions, and this can be demonstrated.
• Where the account has been suspended for breaching the Terms of Service, including credential sharing or reselling.
• Where a specific channel or event has been removed by the upstream provider, while the rest of the service continues to work.

4. How to request one

Email info@eurotvbox.com or message us on WhatsApp with the email address used at purchase and a short description of the problem. We respond to refund requests within 48 hours and process approved refunds through the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We would rather solve the problem or refund you directly, and it is faster for you.
